Fortunately for humanity, the Trapper is feeling a little under the weather after its long intergalactic journey, and the robots must restore its former savagery by feeding it delicious fruit.

This is where our unlikely hero comes in: a small monkey named Melvin. Melvin's objective is to counteract the robots' actions by feeding the Trapper with trash: tin cans, fish bones, and any other discarded rubbish he can find. The goal is to drain the plant's toxic strength, at which point Melvin can carefully lob a fizzling stick of dynamite into its hungry jaws to blow it up and send it back to whence it came.
